4. Payment Data
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. CrowdPass does not store card numbers or bank account details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Stripe (payments) and may share with law enforcement if required by law.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 2 years after closure. Transaction records may be retained for 7 years for legal and tax purposes.
