Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of CrowdPass, a peer-to-peer festival ticket and accommodation marketplace. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CrowdPass. By using the platform, you confirm you are legally permitted to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

3. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. CrowdPass does not guarantee the validity of any ticket or accommodation listing. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Payments & Escrow

All payments are processed by Stripe and held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt. CrowdPass takes a 5% service fee from the seller on completion. Buyer fees are 0%.

5. Disputes

If a dispute arises, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through in-app messaging. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the CrowdPass support team, whose decision is final.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use CrowdPass to sell counterfeit, invalid, or previously used tickets; engage in price gouging; create fake accounts; or circumvent platform fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

CrowdPass acts as an intermediary marketplace only. We are not liable for the actions of buyers or sellers, event cancellations, or any indirect losses arising from platform use.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
